Courtney is a Transformational Life Coach and Certified Hypnotherapist, trained at the award winning Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, AZ. She obtained her Masters Degree in Social Work and Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI. She is based in Phoenix, AZ and works with clients worldwide.

Courtney has worked as a Wellness Coach in a corporate setting and as a Geriatric Social Worker for Adult Day Health Centers. Her passion lies in helping caregivers—those with caring personalities like her own, who tend to put their own needs aside while caring for others. Courtney is a powerful speaker on the importance of self-care. She has led empowering caregiver support groups and has professionally supported caregivers, seniors and adults in obtaining their personal wellness goals and making their own well-being top priority. She is a recognized expert on stress management and self-care.

Courtney’s mission is to support and inspire caregivers to love and nurture themselves. As a practitioner, she creates a safe, loving, nonjudgmental space for caregivers to connect with their own needs and inner wisdom. She increases her clients’ awareness of the mind-body-spirit connection and the transformational power of our thoughts and attitudes. With compassion and an uplifting, refreshing perspective, Courtney teaches caregivers the importance of self-care, provides vital self-care tools, and empowers her clients to live a life of balance, health, happiness and energy.

In her free time, Courtney loves to hike, walk, and practice Pilates. She is an amateur photographer and also creates greeting cards. She loves to explore different cultures. Courtney lived in Spain for several months, where she developed a passion for flamenco music and dance. She has traveled to China and Turkey and hopes to visit Japan, Italy, Singapore and New Zealand.

Courtney is available for individual and group sessions—offering life coaching, hypnotherapy, or a combination of both. She regularly offers presentations and workshops in the community. She is also a member of the Alzheimer’s Association’s Speakers Bureau, where she speaks on the importance of self-care for caregivers.
